New Patient Information
Our Commitment to You
Jason C. Croft DMD, General Family Dentistry is committed to your improved oral health. We emphasize and expect our staff to attend continuing education courses that provide information on the newest techniques and products available to improve your overall dental experience. Teamwork and years of training and experience are what define Jason C. Croft DMD, General Family Dentistry as a leader in the dental community.
For adult patients, we feel that the initial appointment should be a comprehensive oral exam. It is important that we have enough time to review your medical and dental history, to check all of your teeth for decay and defective fillings, to examine your mouth for oral cancer and periodontal disease, and to take the necessary diagnostic x-rays.
After the dentist has diagnosed the results of your exam, we will see you for a consultation appointment at no additional charge to discuss our findings and to outline recommended treatment.
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises during normal office hours, please call the office as early in the day as you can. We reserve special times for patients with emergency needs, and you will be seen as quickly as possible.
When you make an appointment, that time is held just for you. Therefore it is important that you make your appointment for a time that is convenient for you. If you must cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice so that we have adequate time to schedule another patient who is awaiting treatment.
We encourage you to call with questions regarding your treatment. Our administrative staff is trained to answer most questions. If your call requires that the doctor speaks with you, please leave a message and the doctor will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
